2013 March History Day with the Cheney Family
The Cheney's are historical reenactors of the mid 18th century, approximately 1750. They portray a family and share how people lived and survived in their time. Today, the women folk shared the clothing of the time, and how it is different from our modern clothing, and gave the school a chance to dress up in these clothes. They also made and served lunch on period style dishes, and taught the students a few period games.
