NNEC Student Health (and immunization) Record
Immunization records are to be on file by the student’s first day of attendance at school.
A complete medical examination for each new student is required within 30 (thirty) days after enrollment.
Internet Agreement and Computer Acceptable Use Policy - Bring the Internet Agreement to registration.
New Students
Please download and print the New Student Registration Check List 2026 - 2027 for guidance in filling out the forms.
Download and PRINT OUT:
Fill out and return the to Capital Christian School, with $25.00 Application Fee, ASAP.
All entrance fees must be paid in full prior to the first day of school.
Transferring?
If your child is transferring to Capital Christian from a previous school, you will need to provide their transcripts.

Transcripts must be received before being considered officially enrolled.
